added dhcp app

added datables, with specific versioned libraries, and also the bundle, to reduce file loading

Ho aggiunto la app per il dhcp, contestualmente ho aggiunto a static datatables e relativi plugin.

Ho fatto una cartella 'dt', con dentro il bundle di datatables, e poi tutte sottocartelle con le estensioni, versionate.

In questo modo, se serve utilizzare solo un parte, si carica direttamente le sottocartelle richieste, altrimenti l'intero bundle.

Solo FYI, se ti torna possiamo chiudere.

Mi piace perché mette tutta la roba di DataTables sotto una directory, e mi sembra di aver capito che i file js e css direttamente dentro dt/ sono con tutto incluso, e poi ci sono le directory con datatables "senza niente" e i plugin separati, right?

Esatto, cosi' puoi caricarcare in un colpo solo tutto lo stack, oppure, a scelta, carichi solo i pezzi che ti servono.
