Il task per aggiornare la configurazione di octofussd funziona, pero' alla fine dovrebbe anche riavviare octofussd.service altrimenti la configurazione non e' attiva.

Aggiunto l'handler, il servizio viene riavviato e ci si può collegare con octofussctl -u root http://localhost:13400/conf (provato su debian installata dal netinstall).
